About
Growth made simple.
Alite Growth is a calm personal growth system. It exists because the tools meant to help people grow had mostly become very good at making them feel behind.
Why we built it
Habit trackers are easy to find. Most of them are scoreboards: they count what you did, celebrate loudly when the number goes up, and go quiet — or worse, guilt you — when it does not. After a few weeks the number becomes the point, and the reason you started gets lost.
Growth is built the other way round. A goal carries the reason you set it. Habits exist because they move a goal forward, not for their own sake. Progress is derived from what you actually did — milestones completed and habits kept — so it can never be inflated by wishful thinking. And achievements are earned by your record rather than handed out to keep you engaged.
The result is a system that answers one question, honestly: am I becoming the person I want to become?
Who makes it
Alite is a small independent studio. We are not venture funded, we do not sell advertising, and we have no interest in your attention beyond the few minutes a day the product is genuinely useful to you.
If something here is wrong, missing, or could be kinder, we would genuinely like to know — get in touch.
Principles
Four things we will not trade away.
Complexity, simplified
Growth takes something genuinely complicated — changing how you spend your days — and makes the everyday use of it feel simple. Not fewer capabilities, less friction between you and the ones that matter.
Quiet over loud
No streak shaming, no manufactured urgency, no dark patterns pulling you back in. A tool you use every day should not raise your heart rate.
Your record belongs to you
Your data sits in your account, isolated by row-level security, and leaves as a plain JSON file the moment you ask for it. There is no lock-in and nothing sold on.
Built for the long run
This is meant to be used for years, not for a thirty-day challenge. Nothing in it is designed to spike your engagement this week at the cost of you still being here next year.
